ETFE transparent<\/strong> refers to transparent ETFE foil made from ethylene tetrafluoroethylene, a lightweight fluoropolymer used for architectural roofs, fa\u00e7ades and building envelopes. So, what is ETFE transparent?<\/strong> In simple terms, it is a thin, durable film that allows high levels of daylight to pass through while weighing far less than conventional glass. The combination of transparency, low weight and weather resistance makes ETFE suitable for large-span architectural structures.<\/p>\n

What Is It Used For?<\/h2>\n

ETFE foil can be used as a single-layer membrane or as part of multi-layer pneumatic cushions. In a cushion system, several layers of foil are welded around their edges and inflated with low-pressure air. How does it transmit light?<\/h4>\n

ETFE transparent allows natural daylight into buildings and can also be printed with patterns to modify light transmission, glare and solar gain.
