At Lightspan, we lead the global market in ETFE system solutions for façades and roofs. Founded in 2025 after the acquisition of Vector Foiltec GmbH by Bemo USA and a management buyout, we build on more than four decades of technological leadership.
Our team has experience gained from more than 1,500 projects worldwide, including for example Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, The Shed in New York, US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, and the Eden Project in Cornwall, our track record shows how Lightspan ETFE system solutions combine architectural vision with technical precision.
Based in Bremen, Germany, we operate advanced production facilities under the Texlon® trademark and hold the world’s most comprehensive ETFE research data. This expertise drives continuous innovation and also strengthens our role as the industry’s technology leader.
Together with Bemo, we also deliver hybrid systems combining metal and ETFE membranes—ideal for stadiums, airports, transport hubs, and cultural landmarks.
